    You know that goldfish can't actually be pregnant don't you?! According to hair splitters. Anyway, we'll go with your language. So, there is an anatomical drawing out there in use as the profile picture of a Tory blogger, amended to include your visage at the heart of the matter. Where the not pregnant goldfish would go.
